The redevelopment of the SW waterfront promises a new cultural center for D.C..This $1.9 billion mixed-use project spans across 27 acres of land and along more than 50 acres of the Potomac River. Construction will include 140,000 sq ft. of retail and restaurant space, a 135,000 sq ft. multi-purpose entertainment venue, 3 luxury hotels, a 650-unit apartment building and 225 condominium units.
